CATL signed strategic cooperation with Green Development Group

On July 16, Shaanxi Traffic Control Green Development Group Co., LTD. (referred to as "Green Development Group") held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with CATL.

As early as August 17, 2023, CATL signed a 10-year strategic cooperation agreement with Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group Co., LTD. (referred to as "Shaanxi Automobile") in Ningde, Fujian, and the scope of cooperation also includes commercial vehicle electrification.

According to the agreement, the two sides will aggregate each other's superior resources, improve the technical standards of commercial vehicle batteries, and by further opening up the industrial chain, combining upstream technology research and development strength and downstream market demand, to provide more competitive and quality assurance products for global commercial vehicle customers, and jointly promote the early realization of comprehensive electrization and "dual carbon" goals.

In addition, on July 14, Fresh Life Cold Chain Logistics Co., LTD. (referred to as "Fresh Life Cold Chain") and CATL signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Ningde City, the two sides will deepen production and research cooperation, strengthen market linkage, and jointly create a green and low-carbon cold chain logistics industry chain.

Fresh Life Cold Chain is a whole-network cold chain food channel service company created by the world's top 500 enterprises New Hope Group, which owns more than 100 molecular companies, builds a national flexible performance network, and has more than 14,700 transportation lines.

At present, the L series products of CATL Tianhang have carried 21 models of 13 car companies such as Foton, Geely, DFMC, JAC, FAW, and so on.
